Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClioIQ ("the Service"), a product of CognixAI Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClioIQ captures sales calls, generates transcripts and deal risk scores, files data to a CRM (built-in or synced), and provides an AI assistant (Copilot) that answers questions grounded in your call history.

4. Data and Credentials

You retain ownership of all call recordings, transcripts, and CRM data generated through your use of ClioIQ. By connecting a CRM or calendar, you grant ClioIQ the permissions needed to access and process that data solely to run the features you've enabled. We do not use your data to train models shared across other customers.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability and will communicate planned maintenance or known outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or third-party API failures (Zoom, Google, Microsoft, or your CRM provider) outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

The ClioIQ platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CognixAI Hub. Your call recordings, transcripts, and CRM records remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClioIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to recording-consent obligations your organization failed to meet. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your call records and CRM data. We will securely delete your data within 30 days of termination, subject to any regulatory retention obligations that apply to your industry.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Active customers will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
