Create a meeting, and ClioIQ sends the invite with a join link. Customers click and join — no download, no account, nothing to install. It works the same on a laptop or a phone browser.

Consent-based recording

Recording is disclosed at the start of every call, not assumed. Participants know it's happening before anything is captured — this is table stakes for regulated industries, and good practice everywhere else.

Link it to a record first

Attach the meeting to a contact or deal before the call starts, and everything downstream — transcript, summary, risk score — files itself against that record automatically the moment the call ends. No linking step after the fact, no hunting for which deal a call belonged to.
