How it connects

Connect your calendar once — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — and the Notetaker auto-joins every scheduled external call from then on, no invite needed per meeting. For anything ad hoc, paste the meeting link directly into a deal or contact record and it joins the same way.

You control the scope from Settings: every meeting, external-only, or off entirely. A quick internal sync doesn't need a transcript, and you shouldn't have to remember to turn the bot off for it — the setting does that for you.

What happens if it can't get in

Wrong link, expired invite, integration not connected — the Notetaker tells you immediately instead of silently producing nothing. You'll see a clear failure reason on the meeting record, not an empty transcript field and a guess at what went wrong three days later.

What it captures, and what it doesn't touch

Every call opens with a spoken recording notice, disclosed before capture starts — consent isn't assumed. From there: full transcript with speaker labels and timestamps, a summary, and a deal risk score, all generated automatically. OTPs, URLs, dates, amounts, and reference numbers are never rewritten or summarised away — the record stays exact where it needs to.

Where it works

Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams are all supported the same way — connect once per platform under Integrations, and every future call on that platform is covered without a separate setup step.

What happens after the call

The transcript, summary, and risk score file themselves against the linked contact or deal the moment the call ends — not after someone remembers to update the CRM. That record is what Copilot reads from when a rep or manager asks a question about it later.
