Setup
Authorize ClioIQ's Notetaker once from your Zoom account settings. From then on, it's permitted to join meetings on your calendar without a per-meeting invite.
What happens on a call
It joins silently as a participant, discloses the recording notice at the start, and captures the transcript for the linked contact or deal — the same behavior described under AI Notetaker.
